By accessing our website or engaging Madhav Nursing Services for home nursing care, patient attendants, post-operative care, elderly care, palliative care, or home ICU equipment setup in Faridabad and Delhi NCR, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Madhav Nursing Services provides clinical home nursing care and patient attendants based on patient requirements and doctor prescriptions.
Clients must provide accurate medical history, treating doctor's instructions, prescriptions, and a safe, respectful working environment for our deployed staff. Suitable sleeping facilities and meals must be provided for 24-hour live-in staff.
We prioritize patient comfort. If a client is unsatisfied with the assigned nurse or caregiver, Madhav Nursing Services will provide a replacement within 24 to 48 hours without additional replacement charges.
Service charges must be settled according to the agreed daily or monthly billing schedule. Advances or security deposits for ICU equipment rentals must be cleared prior to equipment dispatch. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to shift commencement.
Home healthcare services do not replace hospital emergency emergency departments. In case of sudden medical deterioration, the family must immediately arrange for hospital transport or emergency ambulance services alongside notifying our staff.
