4. Company Responsibilities

Madhav Nursing Services agrees to:

5. Payment & Service Charges

Service charges, duty hours, duration, and payment schedule will be mutually decided before starting the service. Any additional requirements or changes in service may be charged separately after discussion with the client.

6. Staff Replacement Policy

In case of emergency, leave, or unavoidable circumstances, Madhav Nursing Services will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement staff member, subject to availability.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Madhav Nursing Services ensures that client and patient information is handled with confidentiality and used only for providing healthcare services.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may discontinue the service by providing prior notice. All pending payments must be cleared before termination.

9. Acceptance of Agreement
